THE 3 KEYS

Note to Self: Just RELAX

One of the most important things you can do and practise with the esoteric work is to relax.

Samael Aun Weor says we should try and “relax and remember ourselves throughout the day as often as possible.”

Everything in life is easier to do when we are relaxed.

Many studies have been done on the benefits of relaxing: More energy, better sleep, better health, smoother emotions, better blood circulation…

If you like to look to nature for your examples, the animals that live the longest like the Elephant, tortoise, eagle, they all take their time and they are relaxed. They’re brilliant at conserving their energy and are very graceful in doing so.

So how can we become more relaxed?

The way you breath can have a big impact on how relaxed your mind and body feel.

Most people don’t breathe particularly well.

Just take a moment to notice how you are breathing now?

– Do you breathe deeply? Is your breath shallow?

– Do you breathe through your nose? Your mouth?

– Does your chest move?  Is it your stomach that moves? Maybe it’s both.

Most of us tend not to breathe very well. It’s said 90% of people have shallow breaths.

When your breath is shallow, you are sending a signal to your brain saying you are in an emergency which can make you feel like you’re in ‘fight or flight mode’.

Breathing in deeply and through your nose send’s a signal to say you are relaxed where as breathing in through your mouth can again put you into fight or flight mode.

You can change the way you feel with the way you breathe.

So to help with relaxing yourself, try to breathe a bit more deeply, it’s not that you have to take huge deep breathes every time, or have some complex breathing technique. Just focus on getting a little more oxygen into your body.

Stressful situations will feel a lot more relaxed if you breathe more deeply.

For the next couple of day’s see if you can affect the way you feel with better breathing.

Other effective ways to relax

Oh Divine Mother I am all yours…

Just as we have a mother and Father in the physical world, we also have a Mother and a Father in a deeper spiritual sense.

Our Being / Spirit that we want to reconnect with is both Masculine and Feminine. The Feminine part of our being is your Divine Mother.

In different times and cultures throughout History the divine Mother has been revered with different names and symbolism. The Greek Diana, The Egyptian ISIS, In Aztec times, Tonantzin, In Hinduism, Kali. Mary of Christianity.. Just to mention a few.

The Divine Mother resides in your heart and that is where she will give birth to her son, Your inner Christ if you advance far enough along the spiritual path.

The Mother and Son both live in the Heart Temple and if you want to give birth to the Christic fire within, we need to make room and have a pure heart.

We need to make enough room in our hearts so that the divine mother can give birth to the Christ amongst the animals in the stable of our inner Bethlehem. The animals being the Egos.

The Divine Mother plays a vital role in our awakening and she is necessary for the spiritual work.

The Divine Mother is the only one who has the power to disintegrate our egos. She has the power to pardon our past karmas and forgive us if we truly wish to correct our errors and walk along the holy path.

But if we do not correct our errors and do not walk along the correct path then it is useless to ask for pardon for she will not grant it.

We need to be like truly repented Children for she knows how her Children behave.

The Divine Mother is the only one who has the power to disintegrate our egos, like pride, jealousy, anger, envy, all of these negative states that stop us progressing with our spiritually.

It’s important we learn how we can connect with our Divine Mother so she can help us understand why we have these negative defects within us like anxieties and anger and so she can eliminate them.

When we notice a thought or an emotion come up we have to pray to our divine mother to disintegrate it. When we notice the thought we say “Divine mother, please disintegrate ego.”

And when we talk to our Divine Mother we don’t talk as if we are talking to something external to us. We need to feel her within our hearts and talk to her within. She is closer to us than we can fathom.

When we pray for the ego to disintegrate we need to make our petition consciously and imagine that the divine mother disintegrate the ego.

This is an important point, we need to imagine that she has disintegrated the ego and have faith that it is gone.

It can be easy to pray for an ego to die but for us not to actually get clear of that state. We need to have faith and imagine the divine mother has gotten rid of the ego by being clear and nice and relaxed within our centres.

Belzebuub says it’s beneficial to say the words in our head “Divine Mother, please disintegrate Ego.” As by doing this you are planting it into your subconscious and you will remember to do it more.

Earlier in the week I spent most of the morning trying to say it over and over, just to implant it into my subconscious and it was definitely in my memory do it more for the rest of the day.

The Divine Mother will not always disintegrate everything instantaneously as some Ego’s are just too strong for her, but she will disintegrate the ego for anyone who persists with working on the ego and is sincere in trying to get rid of it. You just need to be patient and persist.

So it’s very important that we learn to build a connection with the Divine Mother and please her.

When the mind is quiet and silent, then the Divine Mother is very pleased with us.

We should meditate on her daily and always try to be in contact with her.

We should try to be like a child is with there mother when talking to our Divine Mother. Always trying to be humble, sincere and honest.

Asking her for what we need and what our problems are.

We never need to be alone, it’s easy on this path to feel completely alone and abandoned by the divine beings but that is not true, we are never alone, all we need to do is open our mouths and ask.

I’ll finish this article with a prayer to our Divine Mother.

The prayer is from Swami Swananda and can be really useful for when meditating on our Divine Mother.

“Oh Divine Mother I am all yours, you are my only refuge and support. Protect me, guide me, have pity on me”

JATAKA TALES – THE OX WHO ENVIED THE PIG

The Jataka Tales are a collection of fables originally amongst the earliest of buddhist literature which are said to have been the stories the Buddha used to explain the real meaning of his philosophy.

547 of the Buddha’s earlier lives are narrated in these tales, which include stories of him out of the body and as different animals.

These tales seem to have many layers of meanings and are a joy to read for all ages.

Here is the tale of  THE OX WHO ENVIED THE PIG

ONCE upon a time there was an Ox named Big Red. He had a younger brother named Little Red. These two brothers did all the carting on a large farm.

Now the farmer had an only daughter and she was soon to be married. Her mother gave orders that the Pig should be fattened for the wedding feast.

Little Red noticed that the Pig was fed on choice food. He said to his brother, “How is it, Big Red, that you and I are given only straw and grass to eat, while we do all the hard work on the farm? That lazy Pig does nothing but eat the choice food the farmer gives him.”

Said his brother, “My dear Little Red, envy him not. That little Pig is eating the food of death! He is being fattened for the wedding feast. Eat your straw and grass and be content and live long.”

Not long afterwards the fattened Pig was killed and cooked for the wedding feast.

Then Big Red said, “Did you see, Little Red, what became of the Pig after all his fine feeding?”

“Yes,” said the little brother, “we can go on eating plain food for years, but the poor little Pig ate the food of death and now he is dead. His feed was good while it lasted, but it did not last long.”

To understand the many layers of teachings given in simple fables and parables you must take up the spiritual path to experience what is being talked about. Through Belzebuub’s teachings you can start to delve deeper into these stories and take up the real spiritual work.

Evan Almighty – Praying Lesson

In this clip from the movie Evan Almighty, God (Morgan Freeman) is talking to Evan’s wife about the opportunities we are given when we pray.

God ~ “…If someone prays for patience, you think God gives them patience? Or does he give them the opportunity to be patient?

If he prayed for courage, does God give him courage, or does he give him opportunities to be courageous?

If someone prayed for the family to be closer, do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings, or does he give them opportunities to love each other?”

It sounds so simple doesn’t it?,,, when Morgan Freeman puts it in this way but do you like me find it very difficult to take that chance when the divine gives you the opportunity to overcome a certain ego (anxiety, fear, judgement..etc)?

In my spiritual search, Belzebuub has the most efficient, simple techniques for enabling you to take full advantage of the opportunities that the divine presents to you.

In Belzebuub’s 2 talks on ‘Asking’
He talks about the power of prayer and how asking is a fundamental part of walking the spiritual path.

Some of the points that belzebuub makes on prayer are:

Esoteric faculties work through asking and asking enables the power of light to operate.

Only the arrogant don’t pray to the divine. If you try to take on the darkness by itself you will fail. It is impossible to fight the darkness without light.

We must realise that in daily life we are never alone and asking is of primary importance when fighting the dark internally and externally.

When asking An essential thing to have is humility. We must be truly humble to ask. The Esoteric will not open up to us if we are proud and self righteous.

Only the humble who can ask and withstand the torments and trials can take the opportunities and experience what real spirituality is.

Hail Mary Prayer

The Hail Mary prayer is typically thought of as a catholic prayer. The saying ‘3 hail marys before bed’ springs to mind.

Samael Aun Weor the Venerable Master says this Prayer, and the Our Father, must be said by all Gnostics before going to bed, or in moments of danger.

Samael writes the prayer slightly different to the traditionaly known way. See if you can tell the difference between Samael’s version and how Mother Teresa recites the prayer in the video below. Both deeply profoud.

Hail Mary;
Full of grace.
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb (Iehsus).
Virgin Mary, Mother of God;
Pray for us sinners, those who have the sinning “I”;
Now and at the hour of the death of our defects (Egos).
Amen.
